Long time lurker, first time poster. I started to read your blog when I was two weeks away from getting the same op as you. Massive difference between you and I is that my starting weight was 237kg on a 174cm frame.
Had some great success for the weight I need to lose to get healthy again but I just wanted to say your story calmed the nerves and kept... no, keeps, me determined.

HI Nicky! Thank you for that. Sorry I missed your comment. I hope my blog does exactly what you said, answers questions for those considering the sleeve. I had all the same questions and worries when I first started the journey (as you would have read) and I found comfort in blogs from others.
I can not believe you were that big Trace. You have done so well. Looking great!
